US Higher Education Roadshow in New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts
Beijing agencies tour US, UK on BOSSA roadshow–PIE News
The 2014 USA Tour visited New Jersey, New York and Massachusetts for speed-networking fairs held at Drew University, Fredonia State University of New York and Springfield College respectively. The week was closed with an evening reception at Western New England University and the agents also had a tour and brunch at Bay Path University. Nearly 40 education institutions and industry association attended across the fairs and 13 states were represented. At each fair education institutions met all of the attending Chinese delegation for 20 minute meetings. Fairs were opened by the host schools along with speeches by BOSSA, Study Massachusetts, Study New Jersey and AIRC. Each business day was accompanied with a free day and the agents spent time in all the states including time in New York City, Boston and visited Niagara falls. The fairs were widely praised by attending institutions.
Jill Bodnar representing Bay Path University said “This was without doubt some of the best money I’ve spent on China recruiting to date. I would do it again without hesitation.”
Nate Ball of Vermont Technical College also said “I hope to be able to attend another BOSSA event in the future. If you are considering attending a BOSSA event I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it.”
